USAID`s Restoring Efficiency to Agriculture Production (REAP) project is an integrated enterprise development program designed to increase incomes and employment in rural areas through delivering firm-level investment and tailor-made technical assistance to agribusiness enterprises that provide inputs, services, training and cash markets to smallholder farmers. To ensure the sustainability of REAP`s investments and to increase the enterprises` competitiveness, REAP provides demand-driven technical assistance through individual consultancies, group trainings and market linkage events. REAP seeks to enhance competitiveness at the enterprise and industry levels through increasing productivity, forging buyer-seller relationships, support value-addition and creating jobs to achieve sustained, broad-based economic and inclusive growth.
