EBRD Tbilisi Resident Office are recruiting an Analyst to be fully dedicated to the Manufacturing & Services team across all three Caucasus countries. The Analyst will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the development and execution of Manufacturing & Services sector team portfolio. The Analyst will provide support to project preparation and in some cases monitoring process using the full range of debt and equity financing structure and instrument available to the Bank.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

** Participating in project origination

** Credit and financial aspects of project development, including performing financial analysis of companies, preparing of financial projections and financial modelling

** Participating in project implementation, including administrative and analytical support in specific areas of project monitoring

** Research and analysis of background information for different companies or sectors

** Attending meetings with clients together with more senior bankers

** Drafting of specific assigned portions of Bank documents

** Providing administrative and analytical support for project development
