World Vision Georgia (WVG) is pleased to announce Tender for Selection of Consultant - End-line Evaluation of the Caucasus Sub-Regional Social Inclusion of Children with Disabilities Project.

General Information

The project was implemented in 4 APs (Imereti, Samtskhe-Javakheti (SJ), Kakheti and Tbilisi. 8 municipalities (Akhaltsikhe (SJ), Adigeni (SJ), Bagdadi (Imereti), Zestaponi (Imereti), Kvareli, Telavi, Gurjaani and Tbilisi Gldani-Nadzaladevi district) were involved.

Evaluation Summary

Evaluation Purpose: The main purpose of the evaluation is to measure the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of the project.

Primary Methodologies: Quantitative and qualitative methodologies (preferably: project documentation review, interviews and focus group discussions with project key stakeholders and beneficiaries, survey with beneficiaries, case studies)

Evaluation Start and End Dates: October 1- December 30, 2017

Anticipated Evaluation Report Release Date: December 30, 2017
