The East-West Management Institute, Inc. (EWMI) is seeking a full time Finance Assistant for its Policy, Advocacy, and Civil Society Development in Georgia (G-PAC) program, a four-year USAID funded project.
G-PAC aims to strengthen civil society's role in Georgia in advocating
for and influencing the development and effective implementation of
public policy reforms.
The Finance Assistant (FA) will work under the supervision of the
Finance Manager and the project chief of party. The finance assistant
will be responsible for the efficient support of G-PAC's accounting
activities. The Finance Assistant will use his/her technical skills,
education, experience, and country knowledge to accomplish the following
tasks: maintain financial operations of the G-PAC office, prepare
reports for respective Georgian tax authorities.
The successful candidate will possess:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
University degree in finance, business administration or similar field;
Fluency in Georgian;
Excellent spoken and written English language skills;
Two years of progressively responsible work experience.
