HICD 2020 is seeking offers from eligible local consulting companies and/or private educational institutions registered in Georgia for developing Examination/Certification System for State Procurement Agency (SPA). The goal of the program is to develop proper examination model, certification standards and corresponding testing program for certification of acting procurement officers and individuals willing to get a certified procurement specialist`s certificate.
