Welcome to the Central Eurasia Leadership Alliance`s (CELA) Fourteenth Leadership Academy ("CELA 14"). CELA offers the opportunity to join over 40 selected peers in this class and a network of over 500 talented people drawn from ten countries of the Caucasus, Central Asia, Afghanistan and Mongolia. It will assemble some of the region`s most impressive mid-career leaders from the fields of business, media, civil society and government for a unique, challenging and intense 10- day leadership and training experience in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Because of the intensive nature of the Academy participants MUST ARRIVE August 8, REMAIN THROUGH THE ENTIRE program, and depart NO EARLIER than August 18.
