The National Democratic Institute (NDI) is a non-profit organization working to strengthen democracy worldwide. Since 2014, NDI has been implementing a Local Government Program in Georgia through the financial assistance of United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program aims at strengthening sakrebulos by enhancing their transparency, oversight capacity, and effectiveness in their legislative and outreach work.
Under the program, NDI is announcing a call for a group of full time interns (working hours from 10 to 18:00) to work from February to August 2018 in sakrebulos in the following municipalities: Marneuli, Ozurgeti and Zugdidi.
