PROLoG seeks a local expert who will prepare a brief paper (~5 pages) that summarizes the existing research and assessments on the extent to which existing Georgian legislation relating to sexual harassment complies with Georgia`s international obligations and identifies gaps. The expert will be provided with all the information that he/she has to study on Georgia`s international and national human rights obligations related to the regulatory framework on sexual harassment. The paper will help the expert suggest conceptual models (at least two) for bringing Georgia`s legislative framework into harmony with Georgia`s international obligations. After a conceptual model is discussed and agreed with the Gender Equality Council, the expert will develop specific provisions on sexual harassment together with explanatory notes that will define sexual harassment, its regulation, and establish prevention mechanisms that will bring Georgia`s legislative framework into harmony with Georgia`s international obligations.
