The Noosfera Foundation is proud to announce its first edition of the CinéDOC Summer School, aiming to take your artistic and professional skills to the next level.
We offer an intensive week of lectures, exercises and one-to-one meetings, conducted by an international team of specialists within the field of this year’s focus: Framing Reality.
Head of Studies, filmmaker Ineke Smits (The Netherlands), documentary photographer Justyna Mielnikiewicz (Poland) and experienced film editor Srdjan Fink (The Netherlands/Serbia) will highlight the visual side of documentary film-making, from framing to creative image editing.
This call is open for emerging filmmakers of all ages from Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, who have a documentary project in development, in production or post-production.
Application requirements:
- a current project you would like to bring to the CinéDOC Summer School
- a link to previous documentary work, preferably subtitled in English
- a good level of English language
- a Participation Fee of GEL 150 (covering hotel expenses, full board, tuition fees) upon selection
The deadline for applications is 6th of July. Summer School dates are scheduled for: 18 – 25 August 2018.
