Tbilisi. CSO "Young Barristers" have
filed a civil suit in the Tbilisi City Court against the Vice Speaker of the
Parliament of Georgia Murman Dumbadze, requesting from the MP the retraction of
information damaging business reputation.
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers'
Association has addressed the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia Giorgi Badashvili
with the statement in order "to launch investigation into eviction of
SONY's official distributor in Georgia from the space in legal ownership
located on the Rustaveli Avenue", says the organization's web page.

Fund, the union "Sapari" has developed draft amendments to the
Criminal Code to remedy the gaps with respect to regulation of prostitution in
the effective legislation.
