Meeting in Pankisi with Representatives of the Elderly Council
Kakheti. The Women's Information Center has organized a meeting with the local population in village Duisi of the Pankisi Gorge.
Youngsters and representatives of the elderly councils have attended the event, at which the participants have discussed problems identified by the local population for the Women's Information Center. Priority issues were defined, to be advocated by the CSO at the local self-government level.
The meeting was held as part of the project "Women and Youth in Decision-Making Process in the Pankisi Gorge", implemented by the Women's Information Center in partnership with the Kakheti Regional Development Fund, with funding from the US.
