Tbilisi . On March 18, 2015, the founding members of the CSO Platform Partnership for Budget Transparency met at the premises of Eurasia Partnership Foundation to deliberate the statute of the Platform, as well as its working principles and plan of activity. The founding members agreed that the Platform will be open to new membership, as long as the member organizations will share the Platform’s goal and aspirations. The Platform was created within the framework of the EU-funded project entitled Partnership for Budget Transparency and is aimed at uniting civil society efforts to contribute to improved public finance management and budget transparency in Georgia.
