Tbilisi. Transparency International - Georgia has summarized the developments around the Rustavi Metallurgical Plant and released a publication. "Number of concerted actions are taking place to take possession of the Metallurgical Plant, which do not leave an impression of a fair legal confrontation. At the same time, the current process initiated by an artificial and groundless dispute, raises substantial doubts as to an attempt of obstructing current management in managing the enterprise. We believe there are numerous suspicious circumstances in pending cases, prompting us to observe the process attentively", the publication says. For the full text...
