GYLA Comments on the Draft Law ''on Civil Service''
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers' Association has submitted to the Civil Service Bureau written comments on the draft Law "on Civil Service". GYLA welcomes the performance of obligation as part of visa liberalization and the new regulation of such a significant area.
"...Initiated amendments could be viewed as a timely transition, ... the initiative must be evaluated as positive, but there are certain provisions requiring further improvement...", the organization's web page says.
