Tbilisi. The center for development of election systems, reforms and studies announces that the representative grants competition commission, related to the grants competition announced by July 21, has been created. The members of the commission are representatives of academic sector and international organizations, having related experience. Grants competition commission ensures the appraisal of competition documents submitted at the education center by non-governmental organizations in accordance with preliminarily objectively defined criteria and takes independent decision about funding or rejection of funding to non-governmental organizations, participating in the grants competition. The process of grants competition is transparent. Education center ensures proactive publishing of the information, related to the progress and results of the competition at the web-page.
