''Transparency International - Georgia'' has inquired how reasonably and justifiably a state property is transferred to religious organizations. Based on provided information we determine that the property has been transferred to only 2 religious organizations: the Georgian Orthodox Autocephalous Church and the Georgian Muslim Department. Out of it the property has been given to the Muslim Department on 49-year lease, while the Orthodox Church got an ownership of the property for a symbolic price – 1 Lari'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
