Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) responds to the information, spread through the media, regarding the list of mayoral candidates of a party - "Georgian Dream”. According to the information, the party nominated only 2 women among 61 mayoral candidates.

"We call on all political parties to submit gender balanced lists for the 2017 self-government elections and to ensure gender equality while participating in the elections” – is stated on the website of the organization.
