Tbilisi. Court Fines Director of Penitentiary Establishment N3 of Ministry Corrections due to Non-fulfillment of Public Defender’s Lawful Request.

''According to the Batumi City Court's decision of 14 September 2017, information requested by the Public Defender's Office was not related to criminal records of the convict and therefore, the Director of the penitentiary establishment N3 was obliged to provide the Public Defender's Office with the information.

The Director of the penitentiary establishment N3 was fined GEL 800 for non-fulfillment of the Organic Law of Georgia on the Public Defender of Georgia'', is noted in the statement.
