Response of GYLA to Georgian National Communications Commission
Tbilisi. GYLA responds to a statement of the National Communications Commission regarding a pre-election environment monitoring report.
The organization considers that with the criticism of GYLA the Commission attempts to cover the practice, changed by it without any justification and respective legislative grounds, which fact puts political subjects in an unequal situation and, unlike the ruling party, restricts opposition forces to access media space.
