Tbilisi. According to a study of Transparency International Georgia Kakha Bekauri does not meet qualification requirements for a member/chairperson of the Georgian National Communications Commission. Bekauri has a mathematical background, while by law, the necessary condition for being a member of the commission is to be educated in other specialties.
