The address is regarding a homophobic statement of Mamuka Chkheidze, Head of Internal Audit Service, which he posted in a social network.

''We consider that such a manner of expression is particularly unacceptable from a representative of the agency, which should make every effort to eradicate discrimination and oppression of the queer community that has been established in penitentiary institutions. ''We address you to study an issue of conformity of Mamuka Chkheidze to the occupied position and take the relevant decision''.
