EMC responds to adoption of the Law on Labor Safety by the Parliament of Georgia
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to adoption of the Law on Labor Safety by the Parliament of Georgia.
''EMC positively appraises and welcomes legislative amendments to the ''Law on Labor Safety'', adopted by the Parliament of Georgia on February 19, 2019. However, it considers that this is not sufficient for effective protection of labor rights of those employed and further more efficient steps need to be taken in this direction'', - is stated on the website of the organization.
