Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) applied to the Court of Appeals in regard to the case of violation of the presumption of innocence of Temirlan Machalikashvili.

According to the organization, efforts of the State Security Service to present Temirlan as guilty indicates an attempt to overlap the crime committed during the special operation and weaken the support of public towards the family protest.
