GYLA demands to identify responsibility of the state for the case of femicide
Tbilisi. On April 17, the Tbilisi City Court completed review of the case containing demand to hold the state responsible for encouraging to commit suicide.
''GYLA demands to identify responsibilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the General Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia due to the fact that they have failed to prevent systematic domestic violence and encouragement of a lady to commit suicide'', - is stated on the website of the organization.
