NGO "Rural Women for Human Rights" implements a project "Let's Live without Violence" in the Telavi Municipality.The project aims to overcome domestic violence in rural areas, as well as to raise the level of civil responsibility among the young generation in relation to the issues of domestic violence, and to provide information to the target group for involving them in public activities.Head of the organization Tamila Batsashvili:

"We work on achieving the non-violence attitude among the young generation, which, hopefully will enable us to live in the society without violence.As part of the training, we deliver trainings and assist families, women and children having similar problems. Upon need, we move victims to the shelter belonging to the National Network of Protection, where they undergo psycho-rehabilitation courses and are placed in the best conditions for overcoming the crisis and further rehabilitation."
