Tbilisi. The civil society organization "Tiflis Hamqari” addresses the Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili, the Minister of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia Guram Odisharia and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Education, Science and Culture Ivane Kighuradze with an open letter.
