EMC Releases Opinion on Draft Amendments to the Law ''on Combating Human Trafficking''
Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) has released its opinion on draft amendments to the Law "on Combating Human Trafficking", which the Parliament is examining at the second hearing. The organization's web page states that the amendments are considered in an expedited manner and "therefore the participatory process and involvement of interested parties in the examination process have not been secured".
