"In 2010, Georgia signed the Visa Facilitation and Readmission Agreement with the European Union. On 25 February 2013, Georgia officially received the Visa Liberalization Action Plan (VLAP), which consists of two phases: improving Georgian legislation and then implementing the legislation.
