"We disagree with the argument of the government, according to which the implementation of the fundamental reform cannot be performed before the elections. It should be mentioned that non-governmental sector, groups of experts and political parties for more than 2 years have been offering to the government a particular model for changing election system” – is noted in the comment of the organization. "Fair Elections” calls upon the government and the parliamentary majority to not postpone the reform of the electoral code.
