Tbilisi. Tbilisi City Court partially satisfied the claim of the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) related to the data about the administrative costs of the Ministry of Finance. Based on its application the organization requested different information about the administrative cost of the Ministry of Finance, however, "the feedback did not contain complete information as we requested. In particular, the majority of the responses of the Ministry of Finance was of the summery content and did not correspond to the requirements submitted by us”.

In accordance with the decision of the court "the Ministry of Finance has been bound to provide information on seven out of eight claim requests (the claim has not been upheld only in the part, which concerns to the provision of the copies of work related letters, sent and received through the Minister’s business electronic mail)” – is noted in the statement.
