Transparency comments about socially vulnerable citizens of Tbilisi

Tbilisi. Transparency International Georgia publishes a blog post: "More than ten thousand socially vulnerable citizens of Tbilisi will not benefit from the free dining halls in 2016 either".
''According to the draft budget of Tbilisi city for the year 2016, financing of the free dining halls will be increased by 407.9 thousand GEL, from 13.89 million to 14.29 million, which will allow the additional 1402 people only to use this service, while about 10,500 people will still remain in anticipation of food for an indefinite period of time. The number of people in a waiting list increases every day'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
