Tbilisi. Georgian Young Lawyers' Association and Local Democracy Agency have presented to the society the study - ''Immunity as a guarantee''.

''It is necessary to make respective legislative changes into the Georgian legislation on the basis of universal, equal and direct suffrage of a local self-governance, in order to establish respective guarantees for the protection of individuals, elected through the secret ballot, which, at the same time, should not hamper the interests of the effective prosecution and the justice'' – is stated in the study performed by the organization.
