Tbilisi. On March 1, the bill on the changes to be made into the law on the election of the Supreme Council of Adjara, which envisages the changes into the rule for the election of the SEC chairman and members, was presented to the Supreme Council of Adjara for the review.

''Fair Elections'' calls on the Supreme Council of the A/R of Adjara to not accept presented bill because the proposed changes will be a step back and will do considerable harm to the reputation of the SEC, as an independent, impartial and credible election administration'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
