Statement of the Charter Council

Tbilisi. The Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics publishes a statement regarding the events developed at the Tbilisi State University.
''The actions at the TSU still continue, it is important that the representatives of media be allowed to carry out their professional activities freely and be able to provide information to the audience. Consequently, the Council of the Charter of Journalistic Ethics urges the law enforcement authorities, the security staff of the University, to ensure safe working conditions for journalists'' – is noted in the statement of the Charter.
