Tbilisi. On April 5, the "Association of Young Financiers and Businessmen - AYFB" held a briefing. Paata Bairakhtari, an analyst of the organization, evaluated latest data of tourism.

''In the first 3 months of 2016, the number of visitors entering Georgia reached 1 134 436 million. This figure is 14.7% higher than the one of the same period of 2015.

It should be noted that out of the last three months March turned out to be the most active period in terms of tourism. Only in March 450 875 visitors were recorded in Georgia, which is 16.7% more in comparison with the same period of the previous year. It is also noteworthy that this number of visitors have not been recorded in the month of March during the last 10 years'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
