Tbilisi. On June 6, presentation of a research on evaluation of a reform regarding capability system and a process of its implementation took place at the Open Society Georgia Foundation office.
"The research aims at evaluating the new system on the background of both the standards, stipulated by the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the Constitutional decision, as well as defines its basic characteristics, attitudes, legal gaps and implementation difficulties" – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
