Tbilisi. Transparency International – Georgia publishes a blogpost: ''Advertisements of state agencies during the pre-election period may be perceived as advertisements of the ruling party''.
''In a television and social networks there are often found video clips and other visual material, which provide information about achievements of the government or other public entities and activities planned for the future. This type of information during the pre-election period may be perceived by voters as an election advertisement of the ruling party and this, in turn, contains signs of the use of administrative resources for the election purposes'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
