Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC), on behalf of the vegan cafe ''Kiwi'', appealed to the Ombudsman regarding the fact of alleged discriminatory treatment by the owner of the premise.

''In its application EMC affirms that the owner of the premise committed discriminatory treatment based on a number of grounds, including different perception, as well as homophobic attitude, which was followed by illegal termination of an agreement on the use of space and lease'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
