Tbilisi. On January 23, the Institute for the Development
of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has published in its blog
the UN-released e-governance development results. From 2010 to 2012 Georgia has
moved up from 100th position to the 72nd position. However, as the Institute's
blog states, according to the monitoring of web pages of governmental agencies
that the Institute undertakes, "serious problems persist in connection
with introduction of communication mechanisms in their official electronic
resources, and the effective functioning of already implemented
applications."
