Tbilisi. Through the efforts of the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association a court found one more person not guilty.

''The prosecutor's office argued at the court that D.K. had resisted a police officer and had not obeyed a police request. A lawyer of GYLA demanded the acquittal because based on the evidences, attached to the case, the fact of committing the crime could not be proved beyond reasonable doubt.

The court considered arguments of the lawyer of GYLA and granted the acquittal'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
