Sharing Experience in Prevention of Violence against Women and Domestic Violence
Tbilisi. On November 7-9, 2016, the Public Defender of Georgia hosted Armenian colleagues to share experiences concerning the issues of violence against women and domestic violence and to discuss future cooperation.
''During the three-day meeting, representatives of the Public Defender's Office briefed the Armenian colleagues of the Public Defender’s mandate, the role of the institution in prevention of domestic violence and violence against women, proceeding rules and practice of working on individual cases'', is noted in the statement.
