On the basis of an application of the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC), the Ombudsman has defined a fact of associative discrimination against the administration of a vegan cafe ''Kiwi'', committed by the owner of the premise via direct discrimination due to outlook and signs of sexual orientation.
