Tbilisi. NASA engineer Sean Fuller has taught astronauts how to walk in space and has recovered astronauts once they return to earth. He now works to keep the International Space Station in orbit as the director of human space flight. On June 13 Sean will be in Tbilisi to talk about why he chose to get his pilot’s license and become an aerospace engineer. He will share the skills needed to reach a top position at NASA, and how space exploration has impacted the core of both technology and international cooperation.
All are welcome to meet Sean Fuller at his public lecture Tuesday, June 13, 19:00 at Ilia State University, 32 Chavchavadze Avenue, room B 201. His lecture will focus on space exploration as a gateway for innovation and entrepreneurship in a variety of fields.
