''From 2011 to present, since the Parliament of Georgia adopted a new election code, a number of amendments have been made to the electoral legislation, thus facilitating elimination of certain number of legislative shortcomings. However, following to the experience of previous elections, there are still problems remaining that need to be addressed'' – is stated in the introductory part of the document.
