Tbilisi. The Human Rights Center publishes an article about Dashgin Agararli, an Azerbaijani politician.
''The politician has been sheltering Georgia for the third year. With the legal assistance of the Human Rights Center, he was released from prison, but since then he has been living in permanent fear of being extradited to Baku. As he says, this fear has become stronger especially after abduction of his friend, a journalist Afgan Mukhtarli, from Tbilisi'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
