Tbilisi. Non-governmental organizations respond to a decision of the High Council of Justice, according to which, from August 1, 2017, there will be created a narrow specialization of commercial disputes at the Tbilisi City Court.

''According to the evaluation of signatory organizations, the decision of the Council is an attempt to overshadow systemic and fundamental problems existing in the judiciary governance and it will not entail an actual consequence'' – is noted in the joint statement.
