Civil Rights of Military Servants - Challenges and Perspectives

Tbilisi. On October 25, 2017, the Georgian Public Defender organized International Conference on Civil Rights of Military Servants - Challenges and Prospects.
Open discussion about civil rights of military servants – freedom of assembly and association, as well as freedom of expression, was held at the conference for the first time. Local and foreign experts discussed practices and legislations of various countries, including Georgia, and spoke about the restrictions on military service for different legitimate purposes during the implementation of civil rights.
