"We call on the respective authorities of Kutaisi's local self-government and the central authorities to reach the constructive cooperation regime in respect of all important issues for the city and entire country, and not to allow the entry of relations between the central and local authorities into deadlock, which in the first place will damage the interests of the society", says the statement.
