EMC responds to the fact of wounding Temirlan Machalikashvili
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to the fact of wounding Temirlan Machalikashvili during a special operation conducted in the Pankisi gorge on December 26.
The organization calls on the Prosecutor's Office to carry out a comprehensive, efficient and independent investigation on the fact of possible abuse of authority by members of a Special Purpose Unit.
