Tbilisi. With the assistance of our organization’s lawyer, Magda Jimsheleishvili, Makhare Merebashvili won a three-year trial against the LEPL Crime Prevention Center of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
''Tbilisi City Court considered Makhare Merebashvili's dismiss as illegal. Accordingly, the defendant was ordered to pay a compensation of 28,000 GEL.
Makhare Merebashvili has been employed at the Crime Prevention Center since 2012. In 2014 he was appointed as the head of one of the divisions of the department. However, in February 2015 Makhar Merebashvili was dismissed from his position'', is noted in the statement.
